"Speaking only for myself, this is a great class for all body types, shapes, and ages. For those coming to Yoga for the first time or for the long-term Yoga enthusiast. It’s been such a help on a weekly basis to ensure that at least a block of time is set aside for a moment to reflect, stretch body and mind, and to get in some exercise during a busy work week. I advocate for the funding and will work to promote the Wellness of this activity across the US sites and beyond as needed."
